Feast your eyes!
Dude, I cannot properly explain how excited I am. I'll be honest, too. What has me excited isn't the trailer above, but what Richard Lambert explained afterward, in the reveal discussion. PCGamer has a nice write-up here.
Here's the basics:
- it arrives 6/6, a week before E3!!!
- it takes place on the island of Vvardenfell, which was the main landmass in the game, Morrowind
- ESO, and this expansion, are 700 years before the game, Morrowind
- this expansion sets up a lot of the events of the game, Morrowind
- most of the notable landmarks from the game, Morrowind, are present in the expansion, Morrowind, though in an earlier state; Vivec City, for example, is still under construction, so some of the cantos aren't there yet
